Helen G. Warren, 81, of 624 Grove Avenue, Galion, died at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, January 24, 2004 at home.
Born May 8, 1922 in Bellefontaine, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Grover I. Fridley and the Helen I. (Strayer) Fridley. On November 7, 1951 she married Ralph D. Warren and he survives.
She was a graduate of Bellefontaine High School. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, macramé’s and working in her flower beds. She worked for 15 years at the former North Electric Company, Galion and retired from Vulcan Products in Galion.
Surviving are three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Carl Fridley, of Sidney, Ohio, Gene and Carol Fridley, of Clarksville, Ind., Grover and Mary Fridley, of Escondido, Calif., three sisters and a brother-in-law, Marie Perk, of DeGraff, Ohio, Dorothy and Bill Gabel, of Tipp City, Ohio, Ruth Bryant, of Fremont, Calif., special aunt, Ruth Strayer, of Sidney, Ohio and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
A Graveside Service will be held at Iberia Cemetery, 1:00 p.m. Wednesday January 28, with Rev. Dreama Caudill officiating.
