Esther May Williams, 90, of 1035 Belleflower Place, Galion, died Monday, June 7, 2004 at Galion Community Hospital.
Born May 6, 1914 in Springfield, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James Phillip Barcafer and Elva Mae (Hugel) Barcafer. She was preceded in death on March 11, 1985 by her husband, Keith Edward Williams.
She was a member of the North End Garden Club and Ohio Association of Garden Clubs. She and her husband owned and operated Williams Greenhouse in Springfield, a wholesale floral business for 30 years.
Surviving is a daughter and son-in-law, Diane and Thomas Bell, of Galion; three grandchildren and spouse, Patricia D. and David S. McDonald, James P. Bell and Susan E. Bell and two great-granddaughters, Katelyn and Emily McDonald all of Galion.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Eldon, Myron and Ellis Barcafer.
Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, June 10, 2004 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, June 11, 2004 at Ferncliff Cemetery, Springfield, Ohio with Rev. Mark Williams officiating.
