Gerard "Gerry" Teggart, 61, of 7421 Crawford-Morrow Co. Line Rd., Galion, died Friday, August 20, 2004 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus after a long illness.
Born January 28, 1943 in Ardrossan, Scotland, he was the son of the late William Teggart and Mary (McCourt ) Teggart. He is survived by his wife Lora (Jones) Teggart whom he married October 14, 2000.
He was a member of Knights of Magic Ring 189 Magic Club and Galion Moose Lodge No. 303. He enjoyed reading books and using the internet.
He was formerly employed at Directory Concepts in Mansfield where he worked in sales.
He is also survived by his son, Liam Kameron Teggart at home and a sister and brother-in-law, Sadie and Jimmy McAlloon of Ardrossan, Scotland.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Billy Teggart and a sister Mae Churchill.
Friends may call from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, August 23, at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home where memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, August 23, with Rev. Ed Gayheart officiating.
