Martha E. Kline, 84, of 536 Crew Avenue, Galion, died Sunday, March 7, 2004 at Rosewood Manor Nursing Center, Galion.
Born December 1, 1919 in Bucyrus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Emerson L. Beer and Sarah M. (Esterline) Beer. On November 26, 1938 she married Donald L. Kline and he preceded her in death on October 4, 1956.
She was a graduate of De Graff High School, De Graff, Ohio in 1937. She is a member of First United Methodist Church in Galion where she is a member of Kings Daughters class.
She worked in the dietary department at Galion Community Hospital for 18 years, retiring in 1983.
Surviving is a daughter, Judy K. Remy, of Galion; a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. D. Larry and Jeannette Kline, of Youngstown, Ohio, six grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and a sister-in-law, Mildred Snyder, of Mansfield.
She was preceded in death by, a sister, Mary Buckenroth and a brother, Emerson L. Beer, Jr.
Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 9, 2004 at Richardson-Davis Funeral Home where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, with Rev. James Randas officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Bucyrus.
